I just picked up Woody after his long journey from Arkansas. He hopped off the Got Orphan's transport bus with his tail wagging and eagerly jumped right into the crate in my car without hesitation. He's a 5 1/2 year old german shepard mix and is much smaller than I anticipated (but then I'm used to my oversized monsters!). He probably weighs 40 something lbs and seems very thin. He has the sweetest personality and the cutest little face and walks very well on the leash. I've taken him back to work with me so he can rest a bit before meeting my pack. Tonight should be interesting!Woody was an owner surrender and previously an outside only dog. He was injured by another dog and has some scarring on his side and leg but despite everything he's super friendly and seems to crave attention.
